Welcome to my cubicle...
Here is where I eat, sleep and breathe graphic arts... OK, maybe not sleep. I'd probably get fired if I slept at my desk... But I definitely do a lot of eating at my desk.
A This is my big 20-inch computer monitor. This is where I get jiggy with graphics.
B Ahh, my toys, I was a very deprived in my childhood. I never had a Hungry, Hungry Hippo, and now I have the travel-size version. (I was not a deprived child, my parents are wonderful people.)
C There's one of my cat doodads. I have many, I luv cats...
D My trusty Hi-Liter, I use this to mark-off corrections I made on proofs I get back from the reporters.
E That's my Power Mac G-5, it purrs like a cat. (Ha! Another cat reference)
F This piece of paper, stuck to my computer is my "Don't Forget" list, there are graphics that need done on certain days, and this helps me make sure I get them done.
G Earphones, sometimes I wear them so no one talks to me... hehe, and sometimes my ears just get cold.
H Well, you can't see it but it's another cat doodad.
I My bulldog calendar. I like bulldogs too. No, I don't have one, at least not yet.
J This is one of those jelly-wrist guards. It's kind of a pain and gets in my way.
K Pictures of my family. They remind me of why I'm here, because it means I don't have to change any stinky diapers.
L CD collection: The Cure, No Doubt, Dido, Madonna, Pet Shop Boys.
M Hand cream, I have dry cuticles, and if I don't moisturize I end up biting my cuticles (I know it's gross).
N This is Jergens Natural Glow moisturizer. It's a self-tanner/moisturizer. Hey, I work in an office with no real light, so I need to keep up on my tan...
