My most recent illustration for Flipside Weekend was my Lebowski page.
I had alot of nice feedback from co-workers. Even some who were suprised I drew the illustration because it's not my usual style. My husband was even suprised about the layout when he saw it in Saturday's paper.
Which kinda has me having mixed feelings if I should be happy people are suprised or kinda insulted that they don't know my artistic capabilities. Well I decided to be flattered because I know that it is not my usual style, but I never really tried to stick to a similar style with my art. I'm all over the place, because I draw inspiration from everywhere.
But a little background on me is I'm a trained fine artist that majored in Graphic Design. Meaning I paint, I draw and now I'm going to lunch.... be back to finish entry... if I remember
