Visited Cleveland's West Side Market Wednesday, comparing it, of course to York's Central and Farmer's Markets and Lancaster's Central Market.
It's logical, I guess, that Cleveland's market would top both, since Cleveland's is much larger with a more diverse ethnic population which is very proud of its food.
Saw what must have been tons of Polish sausage. Plenty of mid-eastern food, Italian, Mediterranean, Lebanese, Greek, Tai. Saw escargot, hurka, pumpkin noodles, bridies and toom.
Enjoyed a walking lunch of kibbee, Hungarian nut roll, meat pie all the time enjoying the huge ceiling overhead and the fragrance of all the foods mixed together.
Shot a quick overall shot of the market, showing movement of the small crowd.
