Indiana hoarfrost

Heavy hoarfrost in Indiana makes for wonderful, peaceful photographs, but a lighter coating like this made for a bigger challenge. It wasn't as obvious, the breeze waved the thistle like flags. Spent an hour getting lots of pictures that just didn't seem as pretty as it looked. Very frustrating.

Was shot with an off-camera flash to the left, 1/250, f22 at 200 ISO.
