Louis Allison takes a second out of his shoveling sidewalks and driveways Wednesday in his Springettsbury Township neighborhood to kiss his family pet, a Pekingese-Pomeranian mix named Cinnamon. Allison had shoveled seven neighbor walks and drives, clearing them before the evening's second snowfall covered them up again.
