Stewart Devaney is a 14-year old Boy Scout who is part of the York Area Agency on Aging's Rent-A-Kid program. Adona Rishel's bad back keeps her from shoveling all the snow that covered her driveway and sidewalks, so she contracted Stewart to do the work for her.

I called the AAA and was sent a list of three teen names. Problem up here in the north woods is that many of the teens aren't able to drive yet so a parent has to bring them and ends up doing as much or more of the shoveling. That didn't feel right so I bought a snowblower! The AAA program is an excellent one though.
