Golfer's Billiard Game.jpg

The Consumer Product Safety Commission announced yesterday afternoon that Dick's Sporting Goods and Golf Galaxy have recalled their Golfer's Billiard Games because of excess lead on the surface paint of the golf balls, which are painted to resemble billiard balls.

No incidents or injuries have been reported, according to the CPSC.

Two models are being recalled, and you can check out the photos here (just scroll down).

According to the CPSC, the "Acuity" model was sold at Dick's for about $30 from October 2008 to December 2008 and the "Clubhouse" model was sold at Golf Galaxy stores for about $30 from May 2008 to December 2008.

Dick's Sporting Goods has all the recall information posted on its Web site.
