Good news for real estate?

There is some seemingly encouraging real estate news this morning.

Sean Adkins reports that the number of homes sold in the Spring Grove Area School District last month rose 200 percent compared to the same period in 2008.

But consider this: That's 18 homes in January 2009, compared to six in January 2008. According to Steve Snell, executive director of the Realtors Association of York & Adams Counties, that data is based on too few sales to draw any conclusions.
