OK, so maybe it isn't warm enough to walk around outside with an ice cream cone yet.
But the relatively mild temperatures here during the past week or so have been great.
My heat has been turned off completely for the past three or four days. I'm actually excited for my gas bill to come in the mail, to see how much lower this month's total will be than January.

In today's Daily Record, some local business owners are reporting a slight decrease in Valentine's Day business. Restaurant owners, however, say they're expecting big crowds all weekend.
