York Water plugged on CNBC

CNBC, the often-shouting, stock market-advice cable channel, mixed in a local company this week when telling watchers which stocks to buy.

The York Water Company.

Jim Iuorio of TJM Institutional Services picked York Water because the stocks to buy are in companies that sell what people need instead of what they want, especially if unemployment goes higher. It makes sense, because air is about the only thing humans need more than water -- and air is still free, last time I checked.
