Beer in the grocery stores?

| | Comments (2)

This article shows again how close Pennsylvania is to eventually allowing beer be sold in grocery stores. Granted, in this specific case, it's a restaurant inside the store -- not exactly the same as picking up a bottle of wine in the aisle.

I must admit, when I lived in Florida it was quite convenient to pick up beer with the groceries. One trip, one stop.

This state has to enter the 21st century before beer is sold in grocery store like it has been for the past fifty years in many other states. Good luck with that one!

Not just 6-packs, but CASES. Wegmans in New York does it RIGHT.
