Any 'co-working' going on in York?

| | Comments (5)

I saw this good article in Lancasteronline.com. It talks about the benefits of 'co-working.'

Basically, 'co-working' refers to those business-type people who work from home, or spend a lot of their time in coffee shops working. Renting 'co-working' space enables them to have an open office-type atmosphere.

Take a look at the article and tell me what you think. Any good 'co-working' sites in York County?

Yes! http://www.meetup.com/york-coworking/

There is a permanent coworking facility coming to W. Market called Project Sandbox - opening slated for September.

Thanks Jason.
Can you shoot me an email with contact information -- an email, phone number? I'd like to include the information in an article we are publishing.
E-mail to chirko@ydr.com. Thanks!

Hi! I've been allowing the co-workers Jason spoke of to use my office space on Thursdays until theirs is ready. My business model is a little different, offering the use of an office and conference room on an hourly basis for members. Ideal for workshops, training, classes for small business offices, as well as one on one client meetings in a professional setting for people who work out of their homes.
Thank you for your consideration!

Amy,
Thank you for your information. I hope to be in touch, soon.

That's way more cvleer than I was expecting. Thanks!
