I know I have.
You can get so frustrated at work that simply grabbing a brew and quitting sounds like a wonderful idea.
We've all worked for the (insert here: unreasonable, incompetent, just plain horrible) boss.
In an experience I can share, I remember working in an office with a manager who, on a daily basis, used to have extremely personal phone conversations -- think loud significant-other fights complete with vulgarities and uncomfortable doctor-patient chats.
I've also worked for bosses who didn't think twice about making inappropriate comments, took your ideas as their own or made unreasonable demands
I would have loved to quit during some of those times, but I needed that job, I had bills to pay.
Eventually I did part ways with the company. Life is too short to be miserable at work.
Anyone have any work-related stories they would like to share -- stories that have pushed you to the edge like the JetBlue guy?
