Rookie picks up big tab

Dallas Cowboys rookie wide receiver Dez Bryant recently spent $54,896 to treat his teammates to dinner, according to this Associated Press story.

The dinner happened at the Pappas Bros. Steakhouse, according the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.

Looking over the restaurant's menu and wine list, it's not difficult to imagine how a football team could spend nearly $55,000 there.

Steak entrees range from $35.95 to $44.95. Some of its wines go for more than $10,000 a bottle.
