Gas prices going up locally

| | Comments (0)

Gas prices are on the rise locally, just in time for Thanksgiving, which brings with it heavy travel.

The prices were down, in the low $2.50 range, on average, in early September.

This week, the average price for a gallon of regular gas in the York area is $2.90, according to gasbuddy.com, a site that tracks gas prices.

I'm planning to head out Sunday to talk to local consumers about how the rising gas prices factor into their holiday travel plans. It should be interesting to hear what they have to say.
