3rd Base, a new dine-in and carry-out restaurant in York, is up and running. It opened Nov. 8, according to its owners, Terry Koutsokostas and Stanley Kakaziotis.
The restaurant's customers have expressed appreciation for its late hours, Koutsokostas said. It operates until 2 a.m. every day.
Koutsokostas made an interesting point when I talked to him in the summer before the restaurant opened; that the area really doesn't have many places to go to get something to eat late at night. He's hoping to fill that niche.
It should be interesting to see how it does.
The restaurant might do even better if you tell us where it is.
