Royal Farms on South Queen Street in York Township posted the area's lowest price for a gallon of regular, $2.99, as of Monday afternoon, the website said. Other area outlets, such as Sunoco, Turkey Hill and Giant, posted prices in the low $3 range, according to yorkgasprices.com.
The average price for a gallon in the area rose eight cents in the past week, from $3.03 to $3.11, according to the website. The national average currently sits at $3.03, the website states.
