Employees at Just Born, a Bethlehem-based candy company, had plenty of incentive to sell as much as possible this year: an all-expenses-paid trip to Hawaii awaited if they met their sales goals.

They also had reason to be a little apprehensive if they didn't, according to the Associated Press: The company planned to send them to Fargo, N.D., a notoriously cold place at this time of year.

The results came back: Sales increased by 2 percent over the previous year. The company had wanted a 4 percent increase. Fargo, N.D., it was.

The employees, some of whom can be seen at right, are making the best of the trip, the A.P. reported, planning winery tours and a sleigh ride. They also snacked on popcorn and watched the movie "Fargo."

Hearing about Just Born's trip to North Dakota got us thinking about the interesting and unusual places people sometimes have to go for work.
