Gas cost news isn't all bad in York

| | Comments (0)

For drivers in the York area, gas prices continue their uphill climb, but they're also staying at a level lower than other parts of the state.

The average price for a regular gallon of gas in the York area was about $3.37 as of Monday afternoon, according to AAA's Daily Fuel Gauge Report. That price is up from about $3.20 last week, the report states.

However, no other metro area in Pennsylvania could boast an average price as low as York as Monday afternoon, according to the report. Lancaster was closest, at about $3.49 per gallon.
