I was lucky to be a part of the group of women who sat at the MediaOne table Friday night at Taste of York City. It was held at the Valencia Ballroom in York. What a beautiful building.
I thought I would share some of night in photos. Sorry if some are blurry. Cell phone photos can be tricky in dark light.

Hundreds of attendees were on hand for the event -- from York City officials, to CEOs and some media-types like myself.
First of all, the food was fabulous. Eleven restaurants participated and there wasn’t any part of the meal that I didn’t like.
Here’s a quick look:
My table-mates made the night a lot of fun:
And the whole crew together:
You could decorate your table beforehand. Something I would highly recommend:
And another nicely decorated table:
Probably one of the most memorable attendees was Amanda Gearhart of York. She made a hat out of paint and wore it to the event. It commemorated her style for the evening: Painting the town red.
And last, but not least, one of the best appetizer tables of the night was a display made out of a … woman.
