New York Times goes inside Peeps factory

Today is Easter, a day filled with bunnies, fresh flowers and, of course, Peeps.

Oh, those marshmallow goodies that pop up conveniently each spring and negate any diet progress you’ve made toward your New Year’s resolution. I love them.

And the New York Times got a behind-the-scenes peek at the factory that makes the marshmallow treats – located in nearby Bethlehem, Pa. -  and shared their view in a photo essay.

It’s an interesting look at how one of our favorite products are made.

Enjoy!
