Got $20 million lying around? You can afford one of these amazing ‘smart homes

If I ever hit the lottery, the first thing I’m planning to do is pay off my student loans. After that, I’m buying a cool house – preferably one that looks like this:

This swanky Brooklyn home is on the market for a cool $19 million and is one of 5 smart homes featured on TheStreet.

These homes have electronically controlled a/c, blinds, lighting, music and security.

Plus, the Brooklyn house is on the top three floors of a functioning clock tower. And it has a private three story glass elevator.

Pretty fancy.

That’s quite a leap from when the “Clap on, Clap off” lights debuted and everyone thought they were the cutting edge of smart house technology.

Anyway, if they can figure out how to put a swimming pool on top of that Brooklyn condo (and I can find a way to hit the Mega Millions) it’s sold!

What features would you like in a “smart house?”
