Chat #fitatwork on Twitter this Wednesday and learn about keeping your workplace healthy

Is your workplace a good place to be #fitatwork? Chat about it on Twitter this Wednesday, Sept. 12, at 1 p.m. with hashtag #fitatwork.

Join @corpwellness and me, @MissEClare, for a #FitAtWork chat this Wednesday at 1 p.m. EST on Twitter. Focus: The Culture of Wellness in your Workplace.

We’re going to be asking and answering questions about creating and maintaining healthy workplaces. What are your biggest challenges? How do you manage stress in the office?

Share your tips for staying healthy in your office and find out how Wellness Corporate Solutions is fit at work, too. The Washington Post called the wellness company Washington region’s healthiest workplace.

As for me, I’m a journalist and wellness blogger who likes to stand up randomly in the office whenever possible and bring flaxseed brownies to work potlucks. You can read more about my fitness journey and how I went from obese to fit here.

Work is a big part of our day. So even the smallest efforts can add up to huge, healthy benefits. Do you do anything to stay healthy in the office? Do you sit on a stability ball instead of an office chair? Do you eat a salad for lunch or take walking breaks when possible? Email Emileigh Clare at eclare@ydr.com or Tweet her @MissEClare to share your healthy tips with others. Or tweet about the topic on Twitter using the hashtag #FitAtWork.
