I'm usually of the mindset that some of Jersey's beaches are its only redeeming quality so I was surprised this morning to read in the Philadelphia Inquirer about a new recycling program being implemented in Cherry Hill.
The new program called RecycleBank offers incentives for residents to recycle. People earn credits for the number of pounds of recyclable products that are collected each week and the points can be redeemed at stores such as Lowe's, Acme, AMC Theaters, Ikea and ShopRite.
