York Revolution Baseball has launched a "Rev Up Reading" program to entice students to read four books. Books completed will be marked on special bookmarks that also have vouchers for half-price tickets for their school's scheduled game night.
The program is open to all public, private and homeschooled students. Rewards include: participation in a pre-game parade; free tickets for teachers; half-price tickets for students; an assembly with the mascot, DownTown, for the top four schools; and an autograph session with players.
Rev Up Reading kickoff assemblies are also available.
