Harrisburg local E.M. Albano will signing copies of his fifth novel, “Letters to Andrea,” at 4 p.m. Dec. 21 at Midtown Scholar Bookstore, 1302 N. Third St., Harrisburg.
Albano was born in Philipsburg, Pa., served two and a half years with the military in France and traveled widely throughout Europe, according to a release. He claims both Perugia and Paris as his homes away from home and does most of his writing from a small rented studio in Paris.
