Sign up to preview York County Libraries’ new app

York County LibrariesYork County Libraries is developing a mobile app for library users that would allow them to request books, search the catalog and access library information on their smartphones and tablets.

Expected for release in late March, the app will be available for a sneak preview a few days before its official launch. Want to be one of the first users? YCL is offering that chance.

Comment on this post on the York County Libraries Facebook page to be added to the list. When the app — currently in beta testing among YCLS staff — is ready for release, those who’ve commented on Facebook will receive a direct message two to three days before launch with download details.

Unsure how to work your new technology to access the online catalog or download e-books from the eBranch? Call the information services desk at 717-846-5300, ext. 226.
