Lancaster County native Shirley Showalter to release memoir of growing up Mennonite

Who says you can’t go home?

Lancaster County native Shirley Showalter will return to her home church this month to launch her new memoir, “Blush: A Mennonite Girl Meets a Glittering World.”¬†Showalter will read and answer questions at 7 p.m. Sept. 19 at Lititz Mennonite Church, 165 Front St., Lititz.
