This is totally sweet. Now you can check into events on Foursquare. Foursquare has teamed up with ESPN for sports events, MovieTickets.com for movies, and Songkick for concerts. Foursquare event checkins is on the iPhone and foursquare.com and will be coming to other platforms soon. Let me know what you think of it.
