It's a bird! It's a plane! It's ...

Still don't understand the difference between "delegates" and "superdelegates" at the Democratic national convention? Come on! I explained the concept in a Feb. 10 story, in prose so lucid and beautiful as to make the very angels weep! But I'll cut you some slack and assume you were out of town that weekend. Besides, I didn't offer you lunch.

So if you still need to know what superdelegates are, stop by a meeting of the York County Federation of Democratic Women at 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 23, at Spataro’s Restaurant, 1239 Roosevelt Ave., York. Missy Stehr-Wood, regional field organizer for the Democratic National Committee (DNC), will explain the differences. Organizers invite you to show up at noon and have lunch.
