The title of this Youtube video is "Crazy Guy at Public Meeting." If there are five words in the English language with more potential entertainment value, I have yet to find them.

Wow! Where to begin? My favorite line - "Do you know why there's no ice in that arena? Because there's too many fingers in the pie." Again, wow.
I have to agree with Nannette...WOW!
Yeah, I liked that line ... although I can't quite figure out how the ice arena ties in with the rogue helicopter pilot.
I think my favorite part was the warning that he might traumatize the Boy Scouts in the audience. Hey, if the Boy Scouts are going for their Citizenship in the Community merit badges, that should be part of their education. Take it from a guy who's covered hundreds of municipal government meetings -- crazy people at the microphone stand are very much a part of civic life in America.
