South Western, Spring Grove, West York top seat belt challenge
Three local high schools — South Western, Spring Grove Area, and West York — took the top honors in the Second Annual York/Adams High School Seat Belt Challenge, according to a news release.

Wrightsville principal, York Revolution to make good on reading reward promise
Wrightsville Elementary School Principal Don Gillett will sleep on the school roof starting April 18, when the York Revolution season opens, until the team loses a game. It’s a reward for his students reading more than 2,000 books as part of Boomer’s Book Club.

Local students win regional robotics competition
A team of local high school students won a the regional level of a robotics competition held recently, according to a news release.
