How much money could your school district get through liquor privatization?
School districts in York County could get millions in one-time funding through the sale of the state’s liquor stores, according to numbers released by the state on Tuesday.
State declares York City district in financial recovery, appoints chief recovery officer
State education Secretary Ron Tomalis today declared the York City School District in “moderate financial recovery,” and appointed a Spring Garden Township resident to create a plan to get district finances in order, according to a news release.
