Lincoln Charter School looks to send student to Middle School Presidential Inaugural Conference
Michael Parker, a fifth grader at Lincoln Charter School, was selected to attend the Middle School Presidential Inaugural Conference in Washington D.C., according to the school, and now he could use some help.
