Do you know the Bible better than a fifth grader?

OK, so we’re combining our Jeff Foxworthy game shows. But one of them is new and it breaks game show ground.

In honor of the impending premiere of “The American Bible Challenge” on the Game Show Network, I’ve created a short, three-question quiz on the Bible.

The show from the creators of “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition” is slated to begin sometime this summer. Casting is underway nationwide as we vote.

According to a GSN press release, American Bible Challenge questions “will be designed to acknowledge and celebrate the Bible‚Äôs continuing importance in contemporary life and culture. The contestants will share their compelling back-stories and each team will be playing for a worthy charity.”

Thoughts? Is this is little too trivial, or just a reflection on our culture today? And more to the point, how well do you know the Bible? Take my three-question quiz… if you dare. I’ll have the answers tomorrow.
