I am working on a faith story to wrap up the year Dec. 27.
I want to do a Q&A with a diverse group of faith leaders on what the biggest spiritual/religion issues are as we turn the calendar on 2012.
Does the “religious freedom” issue from 2012 continue rising up the concern meter? Are the faith practices (or lack thereof) of young people a primary concern? Will churches continue to agonize over LGBT rights?
I think this has the potential to be a very good read. I am lining up a Jewish rabbi, a Catholic priest, a Baptist preacher and a nondenominational pastor to respond.
Now I just need the questions. Do you have any suggestions? Trends, controversies, broad faith themes — everything is on the table.
What do you want to hear faith leaders talk about as we look ahead to 2013?
Let me know in the comments section.
Thanks!
