Road work set for I-83 this week

Drivers should watch out for construction along Interstate 83 in southern York County this week, according to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.

Weather permitting, maintenance crews will be working in the following areas:

  • Tuesday: Making repairs in the left southbound lane of I-83 between Glen Rock (Exit 8) and Shrewsbury (Exit 4).
  • Wednesday: Repairs in the right southbound lane between Exits 8 and 4.
  • Thursday: Repairs in the right northbound lane between Exits 4 and 8.

Õ¤Monday: Repairs in the right northbound lane between Loganville (Exit 10) and Leader Heights (Exit 14).
The schedule is subject to change because of weather and other factors, officials said.
