It's old news that Britney Spears' 16-year-old sister Jamie Lynn is pregnant. But Nickelodeon is now talking about having a special to discuss love and sex with Jamie Lynn's young fans. The final season of her Nick show "Zoey 101" was already shot and is still scheduled to air in February. Maybe her tween fans won't even tune in. They'll have moved onto more sexualized content on MTV by then.
