greetings from dresden, germany. we are on our 4th show of the tour and things are going well. crowds have been so receptive. despite a small crowd last night, we played an encore set and sold cd's. it's been a lot of fun so far. our support act, the bianca story (from basel, switzerland) is really nice. they're good people to have around, especially given all the down time. german beer is killer. i've only spent about $5 of my personal money since sunday - almost a whole week - since hospitality is amazing here.
we are provided with a deli tray, fruits, veggies, beverages (tons of beer), and a main course at every show. the drives have been great. about an hour from city to city. so beautiful. sleep late, rock out, party a bit, repeat. the promoters are working very hard to make the shows successful. we drove around leipzig yesterday and there were posters with our pictures on them everywhere. sorry if my writing is short and abbreviated... you learn to make your sentences very simple so as to not be misunderstood. we learned quickly that slang just doesn't fly.
