Here are some assorted thoughts on the first episode of season five
1. Let's just talk about Blayne for a second. Anybody else find his tanning obsession just a little creepy? And enough of the Girl-licious. What does that even mean? I wasn't a huge Christian fan, but at least he sold us fierceness without making it seem like a cheap marketing ploy ... OK maybe it was a little cheap. I'm not alone on this either.
2. There were some pleasant enough designs ... but none of them really had any "wow" factor. No real imagination. Just kinda ... boring. I want to see another corn-husk dress for crying out loud.
3. Wesley's shorts. They were rather tight and rather short ... and kind of reminded me Chevy Chase for some reason.
4. Anybody else excited to see what Tim described as a pterodactyl stuck in a gay Jurassic Park?

Yeah, I want Blayne to go home, and only partly because of his tan. I'm not sure what that thing he sent down the runway was. And don't forget, there was also a clip of Tim Gunn saying "holla at your boy!" Too much.
