
The 11th Annual Manhattan Short Film Festival kicks off the fall film season at 7:30 p.m. Sept. 27 and 3 p.m. Sept. 28 at the Capitol Theatre, 50 N. George St. in York. Tickets are $8. Moviegoers will judge the 12 finalists' films and vote for the best. During the last week of September, more than 100,000 people in 100 cities will vote on the films. The winner will be announced at 10 p.m. Sept. 28 in New York City.

This is alot of fun! I went last year, not knowing what to expect - never even knew that you could make a moving film in less than 10 minutes! The film I voted for came in 2nd in the competition. Cool theater!
