Indie rockers and Road Ruler come to York

ja.jpg Joseph Arthur & The Lonely Astronauts was added to the CapLive music series. The Brooklyn-based indie rock band will perform on Oct. 16 at the Capitol Theatre, 50 N. George St. in York. Rock the Vote! and Rachel Robinson of "MTV's Road Rules" visit Penn State York at noon Wednesday. Robinson will host an interactive discussion with students about the importance of voting in the Lion's Den of the Joe and Rosie Ruhl Student Community Center. The program is free and open to the public.
