President Bush will deliver a prime-time televised speech at 9:01 p.m. Wednesday to bully Congress into passing the $700 billion plan to bail out Wall Street. The speech will supposedly take less than than 15 minutes.
It will interrupt this wacky David Blaine stunt spectaular on ABC (which might be fake?) and the season preimere of "Criminal Minds" on CBS. Had Bush planned his speech for Thursday, he would have ticked off a majority of the country by interrupting the first 15 minutes of the season premieres of "Grey's Anatomy," "The Office" and "Survivor."
