Michelle's blog broke the news that a post-brawl picture of Rihanna surfaced on TMZ, which pretty much makes a business out of stalking celebs.

A bunch of media outlets cried foul, but republished the photo anyway. (*cough* AP *cough*) Media ethics are being discussed. What ethics? News outlets that posted the photo have stooped to TMZ's level. The ethical decision would be to not run the photo, which shows Rihanna as an abuse victim, not as a celebrity. Yes, she's a public figure, but she deserves privacy this time. Would people be so nosy if a similar picture of their sister, wife, mother or daughter was plastered all over the press? OK. I'm getting off my soapbox.
