WXPN, noncommercial radio service of the University of Pennsylvania, launched its 88.7 FM and 99.7 FM signals in Lancaster, York and Harrisburg in November 2007. It sponsors local events and concerts including the CapLive concert series at the Capitol Theatre in York.
