The Harp and Fiddle Irish Pub and Restaurant in downtown York has closed, said Jimmy Fagan, one of three owners. He and the other owners met this morning and decided to close today. The last day of business was Saturday.
"People don't want to go out and spend money," he said. "We will be regrouping."
