Get ready for the 2011 LAUNCH Music Conference and Festival. It will run April 21 to 24 at the Lancaster County Convention Center, 25 S. Queen St., Lancaster. (Get a recap of last year’s event above. Chandler, Kingsfoil, The Pledge, Waitin’ On A Train, Brandon Keller and Mark DeRose Band performed at last year’s event.)
The festival is now accepting artist submissions online at www.launchmusicconference.com. Submission fee is $40. All artists who send in submissions will receive one complimentary registration per band member. Submissions are due by Feb. 8. Applicants will be notified if they are selected by March 8.
Online registration to attend the conference and festival opens soon. Early bird registration is $25 through Dec. 31. Standard registration is $35 from Jan. 1 to March 21. Late registration is $40 from March 22 until opening day. Student registration is $20 any time.
