Maewyn’s celebrates two years with $2 Guinness, parade benefit

Maewyn’s Irish Pub and Restaurant, 110 N. George St., York, celebrates its second anniversary this week.

Festivities include:
– Take advantage of specials, including $2 Guinness and free appetizer with the purchase of two entrées. Check the Facebook page for updates.
– On Wednesday, the restaurant will host a fundraiser for the York Saint Patrick’s Day Parade. Maewyn’s will donate 25 percent of the bill from anyone who mentions the parade that day. The restaurant will also have two door prizes and patrons will have a chance to win a pair of tickets to see Tartan Terrors March 2 at the Strand-Capitol Performing Arts Center, 50 N. – On Thursday, attend the first session of Beer School.
– Spend $50 or more today through Saturday and automatically be entered to win a happy hour for you and nine friends. The grand prize drawing will be held Saturday.
