VIDEO Kim Bracey sworn in as York's first black mayor

Kim Bracey was inaugurated as York's 24th mayor this morning on the steps of City Hall.

The little girl who trembled when National Guard tanks rolled past her city home "stands before you as mayor of York," she told the crowd, which gave her a standing ovation. "One York for all people."
