Video: Wide-eyed wonders of York

York County’s beautiful urban and rural landscapes can be difficult to capture in just one photo. These days, though, all you need is a phone. Thanks to the panoramic function of a Motorola Droid X smartphone, I was able to stitch together several images taken with the phone’s camera to give a wider look at the county.

Droid X takes a ride and views America 180 degrees at a time

Who says you can’t take a picture out of your windshield and rear window at the same time.
It isn’t the outcome of shooting a 180 degree as much as the skill of holding and rotating a camera to track a scene along a plane that isn’t the horizon (particularly in a confined space), which I find interesting.
